Membership Terms and Conditions
1. Entry and Membership Conditions
1.1. Members must comply with Brisbane Roar FC’s ticketing conditions, the Stadium’s conditions of entry and the A-League Terms of Admission. These can be found at:

1.2. Brisbane Roar FC reserves the right to cancel or suspend a membership at any time, without refund, to any member that breaches these terms and conditions, or who engages in any conduct that is, or is likely to be, prejudicial to the interests or reputation of the game, Brisbane Roar FC, Australian Professional Leagues, Football Australia, or any of their sponsors.
1.3. Brisbane Roar FC reserves the right to not accept any application for Membership in its absolute discretion.
1.4. If a member is found to be guilty of conduct deemed unbecoming of a member or prejudicial to the interests of the game, Brisbane Roar FC, Club sponsors or Football Australia, a resolution may be considered in lieu of membership cancellation. A member will have the opportunity to appeal this decision. Any appeal must be submitted in writing to the club mailing address within seven (7) days of receiving the cancellation notice.
1.5. Brisbane Roar FC reserves the right to change all or any package details, including name, pricing, benefits, inclusions, venue, admission conditions or scheduling, and including changes to allocated and general admission seating areas, at any time.
1.6. When attending Football Australia sanctioned matches, A-League functions or events supported by Football Australia and/or Clubs, members must abide by the venue’s policies in relation to attitude and behaviour. Any incident reports received by officials will be dealt with appropriately. The Club reserves the right to immediately cancel a membership at its own discretion based on any violation incurred by a member.
1.7. Brisbane Roar FC reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any revised terms and conditions will be posted on the Brisbane Roar FC website immediately.
2. Membership Terms and Conditions
2.1. It is a condition of this agreement and of admission to Matches that the holder of the Membership agrees to:
Not resell or transfer the Membership at a premium.
Not use the Membership for advertising, promotional or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions), or to enhance the demand for other goods or services.
Not bundle the Membership with other goods or services without Brisbane Roar FC’s prior written consent. If this condition is breached, Brisbane Roar FC may, in addition to any other remedy and regardless of whether the holder had notice of the breach, deny the holder admission to Matches and retain the price of the Membership.
Acknowledge that Brisbane Roar FC reserves the right to relocate a member’s seat(s) where required by operational necessity or uncontrollable circumstances. Members will be notified by the Membership team in such instances.
2.2. Membership Duration and Auto-Renewal
Your membership commences on the date your application is accepted by Brisbane Roar FC and continues, provided all payments are up to date, until the date it is cancelled or terminated.
If you pay your membership fees by credit or debit card, you authorise Brisbane Roar FC to automatically renew your membership each season and to arrange a transfer of funds from your nominated card in the amount applicable to your membership type and payment preference.
Each season’s membership will be rolled over. Brisbane Roar FC will provide notice of renewal via email, explaining the proposed equivalent membership package(s) for the upcoming season and the applicable membership fees.
You will be given a minimum of fourteen (14) days’ notice from the date of the renewal notice to advise the Club of any changes to your membership package or to opt out of automatic renewal.
You may opt out of automatic renewal for the upcoming season at the time of purchase, or prior to the auto-rollover date, by:
i. Logging into your membership account at membership.brisbaneroar.com.au and selecting opt-out;
ii. Emailing the Membership team at membership@brisbaneroar.com.au; or
iii. Calling the Membership team on 1300 395 020, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Any Junior or Youth membership where the holder no longer qualifies under the relevant age criteria will automatically be upgraded to the next applicable category (Junior to Youth, or Youth to Adult). Any Concession membership where the holder no longer meets the eligibility criteria will automatically be upgraded to an Adult membership.
2.3. Junior, Youth, Concession and Family Memberships
Junior: To qualify, you must be between three (3) and twelve (12) years of age as at 1 July 2026. Children under three (3) years of age do not require a membership and may attend matches free of charge.
Youth: To qualify, you must be between thirteen (13) and seventeen (17) years of age as at 1 July 2026.
Concession: May be purchased by persons who meet one or more of the following eligibility criteria: (i) aged 65 years or older; (ii) hold a current eligible student card issued by a recognised tertiary institution (including university or TAFE); or (iii) hold a current Health Care Card issued by Services Australia. If requested, you agree to present valid proof of eligibility upon entry to the venue.
Family: A Family membership may consist of the following combinations of adults and juniors or youths: one (1) Adult and one (1) Junior/Youth; one (1) Adult and two (2) Juniors/Youths; two (2) Adults and one (1) Junior/Youth; or two (2) Adults and two (2) Juniors/Youths. Family combinations may include any mix of Junior and Youth members.
If a member holds a state-issued Companion Card, they are eligible to receive a second membership of the same category at no charge. This membership may be used by a carer when attending matches with the Companion Card holder.
2.4. Members are required to notify the Club of any change in circumstances, including the issuing or withdrawal of concession status, changes to member contact details, or any other relevant information that may affect their membership of Brisbane Roar FC.
2.5. Reserved Seat members from the 2025/26 season have priority to renew their current seats for the 2026/27 season until the published cut-off date. After this date, specific reserved seats cannot be guaranteed.
2.6. Membership seating will be allocated in the following order:
Renewing full season members.
Renewing full season members requesting a seating change.
New full season memberships.
Renewing part season members.
2.7. All prices advertised on the membership site, flyers, renewal forms, application forms or any other communication are inclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated. Brisbane Roar FC reserves the right to change membership prices at any time without prior notice.
2.8. Subject to your Australian Consumer Law rights, you cannot exchange your Membership or obtain a refund if:
After a Match has started, it is cancelled for any reason, including due to inclement weather; or
The time of, or the teams participating in, a Match changes after the date you purchased your Membership.
2.9. Subject to your Australian Consumer Law rights:
The Club is not liable to you for any loss or damage suffered as a result of the A-League or any Match being cancelled, postponed or changed; and
The Club disclaims the existence of any common law duty of care to you or any holder of the Membership.
2.10. Any person seeking a refund must do so in writing, addressed to the Membership Manager, at the Club’s mailing address or via email to membership@brisbaneroar.com.au. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a refund will be granted. If a full refund is granted, members may be required to return their membership pack and cards to the Club. The Club reserves the right to issue a partial refund where a refund is deemed necessary and the member has used their membership to gain entry to one (1) or more matches.
2.11. It is a member’s responsibility to bring their membership card on match day to access the stadium. If you do not have your card, the Membership team will be present on game day to assist you until at least five (5) minutes after kick-off. Personal identification must be provided to access replacement tickets.
3. Membership Payments
3.1. Payment Methods
Memberships may be purchased using one of the following payment methods:
Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express); or
Approved alternative payment methods (such as Afterpay or other buy-now-pay-later or digital wallet providers), where made available at checkout.
Available payment methods may vary depending on whether you elect to pay in full or via an instalment plan.
3.2. Instalment Plans (Recurring Card Payments)
Instalment plans are available only for payments made by credit or debit card. If you elect to pay via instalments:
You authorise Ticketek on behalf of Brisbane Roar FC to securely store your nominated card details via its third-party payment gateway provider.
You authorise Ticketek on behalf of Brisbane Roar FC to process recurring payments against that card for the total membership amount divided into instalments.
Payments may be processed as merchant-initiated recurring transactions.
Instalments will be processed on or around the scheduled dates notified to you at the time of purchase.
Alternative payment methods (including Afterpay and other buy-now-pay-later services) are not available for instalment plans unless expressly stated.
3.3. Auto-Renewal
If you elect to participate in automatic renewal:
Your membership will automatically renew for the following season in the same category (and seat, if applicable).
The renewal amount will be charged to your stored card.
Brisbane Roar FC will provide prior notice of the renewal and applicable fees.
You may opt out within the timeframe specified in the renewal notice.
Auto-renewal is available only where a valid credit or debit card is stored on file.
3.4. Updating Payment Details
It is your responsibility to ensure that your nominated card details remain valid and up to date. If your card expires, is cancelled, or is replaced, you must update your payment details before the next scheduled instalment. Failure to maintain valid payment details may result in the suspension of your membership entitlements. Payment details may be updated at any time via your online member portal or by contacting the Brisbane Roar FC Membership team.
3.5. Failed Payments
You are responsible for ensuring that your nominated payment details remain current, valid and capable of accepting recurring transactions. If a scheduled payment is declined, cannot be processed, or is returned unpaid for any reason, Brisbane Roar FC may attempt to re-process the payment within a reasonable period and/or contact you to request updated payment details. You authorise Brisbane Roar FC to process any outstanding amounts once valid payment details are provided. Membership entitlements, including barcode access and game entry, may be suspended while any amount remains unpaid. If payment remains outstanding after reasonable attempts have failed, Brisbane Roar FC reserves the right to cancel the membership without further notice. The member remains liable for any outstanding amounts accrued prior to cancellation.
3.6. Fees and Charges
If a scheduled recurring payment cannot be processed:
Brisbane Roar FC may attempt to re-process the payment within a reasonable period.
Brisbane Roar FC may notify you and request updated card details.
Membership access (including barcode access) may be suspended until outstanding amounts are paid.
Brisbane Roar FC reserves the right to cancel a membership where repeated payment attempts fail.
3.7. Chargebacks
Where payments are made by card:
You acknowledge that instalment and renewal payments are authorised recurring transactions.
You agree to contact Brisbane Roar FC to resolve any billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback with your card issuer.
Where a chargeback is initiated:
Membership access may be suspended during the dispute process.
If the chargeback is determined to be invalid, Brisbane Roar FC reserves the right to recover outstanding amounts and any associated chargeback costs.
Brisbane Roar FC may cancel a membership without refund in cases of misuse or bad faith disputes. Chargeback rights are subject to applicable card scheme rules and consumer protection laws.
3.8. Dishonour Fees
If a payment is declined, you are responsible for any fees charged by your card issuer. Brisbane Roar FC may apply a reasonable failed payment administration fee where permitted by law.
3.9. Suspension or Cancellation for Non-Payment
Brisbane Roar FC reserves the right to suspend or cancel a membership if two (2) or more scheduled instalments cannot be successfully processed.
3.10. Privacy and Security of Payment Information
Payment information is processed securely through Brisbane Roar FC’s third-party payment gateway provider. Brisbane Roar FC does not store raw card details. All payment data is tokenised and managed in accordance with PCI-DSS security standards and Brisbane Roar FC’s Privacy Policy.
4. Privacy and Data
4.1. Brisbane Roar FC collects and handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). By purchasing a membership, you consent to Brisbane Roar FC collecting, using and disclosing your personal information for purposes connected with your membership, including communications, ticketing, membership administration and, where consented to, marketing.

5. Governing Law
5.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
6. General
6.1. Brisbane Roar FC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will take effect from the date of publication on the Brisbane Roar FC website.
